Today was day 5 of YAYOG (upper body). I managed to increase my sets on each exercise. I also went to our town's local artwalk with the hubby for a nice stroll. Have a nice weekend everyone!

Today was: 25 minutes YAYOG, 15 minutes walking, 36 minutes cycling= 71 minutes 11.95/24 hours as of today.

Sherry: I love it! I have the Body By You book, but the YAYOG that I'm doing is their app for smart phones and it's a really great tool ($2.99 in the US).

Today was day 4 of YAYOG (side lunges, squats, russian twists, and 1 legged romanian deadlifts). I also got in 4.5 miles on my bike this morning. Time to eat some lunch and go the the grocery store for more fruits and veggies! 5 days until vacation! Have a nice day Ladies!

Yesterday was 30 minutes of yoga. Today was 51 minutes ( Cycling and You Are Your Own Gym). I'm up to 10.68 hours for June so far.

Today was somewhat of a rest day after putting my car in the shop, picking up the rental, and grocery shopping. I did do some bedtime/relaxation yoga which was quite nice. Definitely feeling the squats from yesterday. Tomorrow is back to YAYOG.

Happy Sunday! Today's reading at church was the story of Jacob and Esau in Genesis. The message was about how our desires can sometimes make it difficult/take us of path to fulfill our God-given destiny. Great message. I've done Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 and had great results. I second youtube (free is always good). Right now I'm starting on the You Are Your Own Gym app for bodyweight training. Yoga is a longtime fave and can be done anywhere.
