Teacher trying to maintain!

Hey all!
I recently decided it was time to check in on my eating! I only have a couple of "real life" friends on MFP, and am looking to add more to hold me accountable. I am fairly active, working out 4-5 times a week. I do a mix of cardio and strength training. At this point, I'm looking more to maintain my weight or build muscle. I'm seeing that my eating is a bit out of whack. (Where's the protein?!?!?) so hopefully this will get me to make some positive changes. Positive advice and tips welcomed by this newbie! Thanks ya'll!

I have so found maintenance to be the hardest battle! But its where I'm finding out that I dont like eating ___ cause i feel bloated the next morning, like I've put on 2 inches instantly ... its definitely been interesting! I give props to all those that have carved out tummys and such! thats HARD work!0
