  • Congratulations to both of you, what if you just parked a little farther from the door. One day a week get outside and play with your boys for 20 mins. While cooking dinner walk in place. While folding laundry turn on some music and dance. You can work in exercise in just about everything you do. You can do it.
  • OMG I can usually go one or two days without a wash. Unless I have a good workout then I have to take a shower. Otherwise it looks like I brushed my hair with grease. My brothers ex girlfriend who was a fitness model told me one day she had not washed her hair in a month, that she uses the waterless shampoo.
  • Would love some motivated friends as well. I have active people but they never seem to be motivating or talk to me. I have a long way to go, just starting out small.

  • I agree I go to bed between midnight and 2 and am up between 8 and 9 but i usually have 300 to 500 calories to eat around 9oclock sometimes i dont eat anything after 9 but if i am hungry i know i have calories left to eat. if i do eat its usually an apple with peanut butter or oatmeal so the protein makes me feel full
  • Love the frosty idea, since wendys in almost around the corner. I love 100 cal fudgesicles or 1/2 sugar oatmeal with a teaspoon of sugar free syrup 140 calories all together. Popchips the bbq ones taste just like layes bbq you get 20 of them and there nice sized for 120.
