  • Get some new shoes because it is very painful to hurt your feet. I stress fractured my foot walking not running. Then I proceeded to damage all the soft tissue in both feet by continueing to walk thinking I had just bruised my foot. It took over a year for my feet to stop hurting. Good shoes are important.

  • I would ask your doctor about seeing a nutrientist (sp) to help you eat right while taking these medications. This will also get you eating correctly for when you go off the medications.
  • I drink both water and unsweetened tea. I count the tea as water it doesn't have anything in it no sugar no lemon just boring tea, but I like it better than water.

  • We just ate at Texas Roadhouse if you put the restruant in your food log search it will give you some of the menu items.   • If it has calories you have to add it or your calories count will not be correct. If it doesn't have calories then you can just add it to the water intake. I drink unsweetened tea zero calories. But my coffee has 60 calories I add that to my breakfast food log.
