Anyone have suggestions for ab exercises that can be done standing up? I get dizzy and bored doing regular crunches. Looking for some exercises that are fun and work!

Standing Ab twist
Standing Side Bends

I do them with weights. You can also just activate your core while you walk, run, do any twisting movement and it will help define and strengthen your abs0 -

It's not the shlength that matters, but the girth (of the link)0 -
STEAM ENGINES...but in order to fully get an ab workout you need to do cardio & strength trainin' and work your core area...! You will need to do some on the floor...especially the lower ab area...0

look up how to do the vacuum pose you can do it lying down, standing up sitting, on your back on your knees, it is supposed to be very very effective0

Just watched the Steam Engine link posted - pretty neat. And tried them. Easy to do, even while watching the Bruins game tonight!
Also - most zumba "dances" work core/abs.0 -
Belly dancing or hula dancing works wonders!0

I take a class where we use one hand weight and you hold it over your head and then throw it forward (but don't throw it) at the same time you are crunching pulling your abs in like some one is going to punch you in the stomach. Using 2 hand weight do side stretches and goal post the weights and twisting this gets the sides. standing do side twist bringing your knee up to meet your elbow. I have lost 3 inches off my waist and no love handles. And there are always yoga poses. I am in better shape and health now in my 50's then any other time in my life. Just keep changing things up.0
