just out of curiosity, what time does everyone usually eat breakfast, lunch and dinner? :happy:

    little snack: 12

    dinner: 7
  • Get up at 5 am
    breakfast: 2 pm
    lunch: 6 pm

    Breakfast: 6:30
    Lunch: 11:30
    Snack: 3:00
    Dinner: 6:00
    Snack: 8:00
    Bed: 9:00
  • Breakfast usually around 4:30, Lunch about 11am and dinner around 6:30-7:30 depending on when I get home from work. I usually have a snack around 7:30 am and another mid-afternoon.

    lunch: 12 pm
    dinner: usually 7 or 8pm, sometimes as early as 6 or as late as 9:30pm.

    Snacks through the day when I'm hungry add up to another meal.

    I generally eat breakfast within a half hour of rising. . . lunch approx 12pm and dinner between 5 &6pm

    snack around 9:30
    lunch around 12:30
    snack at about 4:00
    Dinner at 7:00

    I eat breakfast around an hour after getting up any time between 5 and 7 AM, I eat lunch between noon and 1 PM, dinner is around 5 or 530. I don't eat after 8 pm. I have a snack in the morning and afternoon if I want.

    Second Breakfast: 9am
    Lunch: 12 noon
    Dinner: 3pm
    Supper: 6pm
    Nighttime snack: 9pm
  • Best way for me to eat is 5-6 small meals a day 2-3 hours apart. And I try not to eat after 8 pm.

    Lunch: 12:30 pm (200-300 cals)
    Dinner: 5:00 pm (300 cals)
    Random snackage: 300 + some exercise cals back

    Snack - 10-11am (under 100 cals)
    Lunch - 12-1pm (under 250 cals)
    Snack - 2-3pm (under 100 cals)
    Tea - 5-6pm (under 500 cals)
    Snack 7-8pm (under 100 cals)
