just out of curiosity, what time does everyone usually eat breakfast, lunch and dinner? :happy:

Breakfast usually around 4:30, Lunch about 11am and dinner around 6:30-7:30 depending on when I get home from work. I usually have a snack around 7:30 am and another mid-afternoon.0

dinner: usually 7 or 8pm, sometimes as early as 6 or as late as 9:30pm.

I generally eat breakfast within a half hour of rising. . . lunch approx 12pm and dinner between 5 &6pm0

I eat breakfast around an hour after getting up any time between 5 and 7 AM, I eat lunch between noon and 1 PM, dinner is around 5 or 530. I don't eat after 8 pm. I have a snack in the morning and afternoon if I want.0

Best way for me to eat is 5-6 small meals a day 2-3 hours apart. And I try not to eat after 8 pm.0
