  • It's weigh in day. I'm at 170 this morning. Somehow I gained 3 pounds this week. I need to keep my calories under control, and my water intake up.   • Thanks to everyone for their great advise! I actually managed to lose 1.5 pounds (although I wasn't able to weigh myself before I left, so it is over the course of 2 weeks). A huge success in my book!!
