  • This is my favorite thread that I've ever seen on this website. Amazing. Such beautiful women. One day I'll have the courage to post my own photo here :)
  • Start trying for a baby. I want to be in the best shape of my life before we start trying, so finally getting to baby dance will be my reward :)
  • I've never been overweight, but my butt/thighs have a ton of cellulite on them. It's genetic- I've had it since I was at least 12, when I first noticed it. Mine is comparable to Tamara Ecclestone's- mine have a little more. Not saying these photos aren't Photoshopped to look worse or whatever, just saying it's possible…
  • Finished level 2, day 1. It was harder than I remember it being... I really need to shape up!! I hate all the jumping- I live in an apartment and my neighbors downstairs already hate me haha. Oh well!! Also measured myself from level 1 (before my workout today) and lost 3.5 inches! I wasn't expecting a huge number from…
  • Glad that worked for you!! I just read the whole thread because I start marathon training next week and had the same question. My access to a TM isn't as easy and would be at a gym, so not an awesome one like yours (and I would definitely get bored on it). I've been running in the mornings now just to keep my base miles…
  • Thanks so much! Hopefully I can stay committed throughout levels 2 and 3! Finished level 1 today :) I start marathon training next week, so I'm afraid I'll fall off when that starts. I'm NOT going to let that happen!!
  • Haha- Oh no!! I didn't even think about having level 2 memorized as well!! Ugh!! haha Level 1, Day 9 finished. Only one more day, then moving onto level 2!
  • I completely understand- I just left my job as a preschool teacher! You never realize how much carrying around 2-year-olds all day really makes you tired until you try to do a workout when you get home haha. Glad I switched careers! Hope your move went well!! I just finished level 1, day 8 and I'm sooo ready for the next…
  • I took a rest day yesterday because I ate something that made me super nauseous. Anyway, I'm back now & just finished Week 1, Day 7. Today was the first day I did every exercise without any kind of pause or break.
  • Bumping this so I don't lose it. I'm only on L1D7 but I'll be posting when I'm done! My arms are already looking more toned... other people have been noticing already! Love it!
  • Great job! You look awesome!
  • Level 1, day 6 complete. Feeling good :)
  • Finished level 1, day 5. I'm just gonna continue the program the way I am so I don't confuse myself with other workouts too haha- I'll get to level 2 in a couple days :p Glad level 2 is working for you!!
  • Finished day 4. It's getting easierrrrr!
  • Let me know how you like Ripped in 30. I'm doing 30DS now and plan on Ripped when I finish. Unfortunately, it'll be while I'm marathon training, so I'm afraid it might be too much. Let me know how it goes!
  • I have the same goal right now- just work on my beach body. I'm going to Myrtle Beach at the end of July and then to Virginia Beach for Labor Day (doing the Rock N Roll Half Marathon). I know I won't be perfect, but at least I'll know I did my best. And obviously I know this isn't a "quick fix." I've done a complete 180…
  • How is it going? Are you still doing 30DS?
  • I run in Asics Gel Kayanos (as fitted by a running store), but after this season, my running coach was telling me I might like Kinvaras better. So after these are beat, I'm going to go try them on and run on the 'mill at the store to see if I like them.
  • Finished level 1, day 3. Hope you don't mind my posting here everyday. Helps me feel accountable! Haha. I also took my husky on a long walk this morning and played with her in the back yard :) Not a lot of calories, but I'm still resting after my half marathon, so I can't get any good runs in this week :( As for 6W6P,…
  • You look amazing! You should be proud :) I'm off to do day 3 now... maybe in 27 days I'll be posting my own success story :p
  • I actually did the first day of 6 Week 6 Pack yesterday after I did 30DS to supplement abs. But I already do a lot of core work because I'm a distance runner, so I'm okay without having the added ab stuff in 30DS. I have heard abs get better in level 2 :)
  • I'm 5'5" and as of yesterday morning, 146.6. I am a size 4. I'm not where I want to be by any means (just want to be more toned), but I have no number goal. I just wanted to throw in a comment from someone at this height/weight who is a smaller size. It is possible to weigh the same and be a smaller size :) ETA: Just…
  • Just finished level 1, day 2. I started this program last year (only made it halfway through level 2, then quit)-- I remember being much more sore after the first day than I am now. I'm in much better shape this time around, and I can really tell. Hope everyone is doing well!!
  • I'll be running Philadelphia on 11/17. It'll be my first full :)
  • You look great!! Keep it up :)
  • That's how I'm celebrating too. I want to be in the best shape of my life before TTC. So I'm going to do it- I'm going to be hot as hell, and then I'm going to make a baby with my strong, powerful body :)
  • I just started today, so I'm 5 days behind you. We can support each other :)
  • Age: 26 Height: 5'5" SW: 146 CW: 146 (just getting started!) GW: 130-ish. I'm trying to lose fat & gain muscle, so I'm more focused on my measurements than the number on the scale. Find me, twin!!
  • There is a park behind my house that has a track around it, and even that has hills. Can't get away from them here, so I run them everyday :)
