I just got a fitbit flex and I don't understand the whole calorie burn synch and adding your start end time in log activity. When I did this it lowered my calorie burn to a negative. Also I did Insanity and it only registered 20 steps?

We have one kid. Well he's grown now. 20 years and married. We have our first Grandson and look forward to spending time with him when we can.

I'm a month out from knee scope. I only did upper body workouts (weight training), no cardio or leg workouts. I gained some weight and had to push my goals back. Mainly because I eat out of comfort and missed pushing myself in my workouts. If you are good with nutrition you will be fine without gaining.

Haven't had a gym membership in several years. I love the new Les Mills PUMP (it's like BodyPump taught in gyms). I also walk/jog, Turbofire, P90X2 and so much others.

I've been wondering about this too. Been having some problems with digesting certain foods, even though I take digestive enzymes daily and thought this diet may have some validity. Trying to track the foods that are causing the most problems.

I'm doing it and getting ready to start a turbofire/p90x hybrid workout in a few weeks. I'm getting ready for the p90x2 to start jan1st. So far I enjoy the workouts, like how I'm becoming stronger and leaner.
