Getting healthier and fitter isn't just about the number you see on the scale. Are you taking measurements? I'd also recommend taking before/after pictures so you can see your progress in a more complete way. Sometimes the scale doesn't budge, but that doesn't mean you're not losing inches ;)

Hello! I'm Monica, I'm 23 and I'm from Guatemala. I started running in February this year, and last Sunday I ran my first Half Marathon :D I'm doing another HM in January next year and another one in May... and I'll also be in training for a 10K sub60 min.

I wash my hair every other day. My hair is kinda dry, so it doesn't get greasy after a day, but if it does, I use dry shampoo. When working out, my favorite hairstyles are braids, ponytails and buns. Something I can't do without is bobby pins!

Hell yes. I think my Android has had to do A LOT with my new let's-be-healty-and-fit-lifestyle. I use it to track my running and cycling with RunKeeper, and I've trained for a 10K and a 21K with that app's plans. I just signed up for a Sub 60min 10k, scheduled to start the week after my half. :happy:

I got myself a pair of Philips earbuds, and I use them when running or cycling. They don't fall off, and I love the button it's got, so I can pause/skip the song playing in my phone if I need to :P…
