I love this thread! I have just started logging again. 6 months ago I was down 30 lbs and working out regularly. i'm older and have not lost much weight yet but i have noticed my skin is somewhat looser... i hope it tightens up as i lose more- plus i am concerned about the 'mother's apron' getting any worse - and i have stretchmarks from pregnancies so extra 'skin' from that as well. like it! good answer he likely is unaware of how insensitive he is being and 'calling' him on it...whether in jest of 'what do you mean...' a couple times will put the uncomfortable shoe on HIS foot .....should work and maybe teach him a social behavior lesson at the same time. i'm giving it a shot...had to drop out of last squat challenge due to knee issues at 180 squats on day 18 or so...this seems much more practical and I'll be more aware of form this time!

i just bought the dvd too and thought the food plan was on the actual dvd....but i haven't checked out that chapter so perhaps it's just a 'go to the website and give us some more $$' message......... not sure i would pay $4 week for it...that would add up quick. my dvd was only $15. ...there are tons of food plans out…
