I eat low fat cottage cheese and some melon (mix of watermelon, canteloupe, and honey dew) in the mornings. It keeps me filled up. It is a mix of protein and good carbs.

I accepted your friend request. I used this app a long time ago and never tried to get friends or participate in the forums. That was a mistake. Hello. I can tell you what works for me. I have 130 pounds to lose. I tend to binge eat too. I cleaned out all of my cupboards and refrigerator of any trigger foods.
