  • I have some in the fridge. I think calorie wise- I'd rather have a bowl of cereal. But if you are in a hurry, I think it is OK occasionally. I have never had luck doing their plan though. There is a lot of sugar though & I would rather have the high protein version that takes the hunger out for a while.
