You look amazing. I have struggled all my life to lose weight and now I am approximately 5 pounds away from my goal and it seems inevitable that I will get there. Hoping when our weather gets warmer I can up my exercise routine and finally get to my goal. I'm 75 years old and looking forward to announcing that I finally…

Feel free to add me as a friend. I am 75 years old. I have been using MyFitnessPal for nearly 7 yr. off and on. Have lost nearly 75 lb., but would like to lose another 15. It helps so much to use this website keeps you accountable and the inspiration you get from friends is a plus.

I started with My Fitness Pal in 2013 and lost 60 lb. just a few pounds short of my goal and then I quit logging and exercising. As of today I regain 15 lb. so I decided it is about time for me to start exercising again and logging my food. I am trying to do the lazy keto diet and cut back on carbs. I have pretty painful…

Up 1.2 lb., but not worried - back on track today. Exercise first and then make good choices eating without going over my calorie intake for the goals I set.

Congratulations - wonderful success story and you look 20 years younger.

I just went through a 3 week period of being sick. I actually ended up in the ER room and four days later had an unexpected surgery. I am just recuperating from the pain of surgery, but, I am feeling totally exhausted nearly everyday after walking 30 - 45 minutes. Previous to my surgery I was working out anywhere from l -…

I am 67 yr young and would love to support you - add me as your friend if you like. I too have been on a roller coaster ride - up and down for many years - currently I am 65 down from my highest weight - would like to lose another 20 lb. approximately. Certainly we can support each other on this ride.

what an outstanding achievement - you should be very, very proud of yourself!!! You are truly an inspiration to me.

ditto - I most of the time feel the same way - I think most of the time it has a lot to do with the weather. Sun shining I feel a lot perkier.

great job - you look amazing

Congratulations to you. I having been battling the ups and downs of weight loss for years - luckily everytime I lose a significant amount of weight I never allow myself to gain it all back - maybe I gain half back of what I lost and then I get so upset with myself that I get back on the band wagon and begin to do…

I have been at this weight lose thing for quite a while - currently 60 lb. thinner than a year ago. Weight now 174 - would like to be 168 by the end of april total of 6 lb. loss - count me in.
-
Please include me I have 20 - 30 lb to go (down 60 so far) it gets harder and harder the closer you get to your goal. Losing on the average 1 - 1 1/2 lb. per week - guess I shouldn't complain, better than the scales going the opposite direction.
-
Like all the others who have responded I have the same problem as well - to repeat what the others have said it is so discouraging not to see the scale change or even go up when you feel you are doing everything 99% correct towards achieving your weight goal (exercising and eating properly). I am hiding my scale as well -…

40 miles completed walking uphill on treadmill since 3/1 - goal is 60 miles more - I think I will fall a little short - was ill four 4 days.

If you don't mind an older person -feel free to add me. I just started with MFP about 2 weeks ago and I am loving all the wonderful feed back as well as the great success stories. I have lost 60 lb. off and on over the past yr mainly through WW, but now I feel the need for some inspiration and additional feed back to get…

i"ve been doing WW off & on for years - down 65# from my highest weight of 235. Just started the MFP program 2 weeks ago. Loving the many tools available as well as the many, many success stories. I go to the gym 5 days a week and burn up an extra 500 - 900 calories per visit - never use the extra calories for consumption…

Just started with this program - I'd like to try a challenge of 100 miles for the month - To-date 9 miles so far
