LOL!! That's me exactly! 5'10", small frame, currently 158lbs, highest was around 185-190lbs, wear a size 12 jeans and would loooooove a size 8 (and then I wouldn't care what the scale says. Main goal is less body fat....would love to be in the low 20's.

I'm back down to the same weight I was in October! Managed to loose all the stress/holiday weight I put on. I'm even ahead of the game....usually it takes me till at least late April/May to get back down. (Yes, it is a regular trend for me) But I'm not stopping here! This year I REALLY want to get down to my goal weight!…

Oh yeah....and he can eat anything and everything and not gain an ounce (unfortunately this is all mostly because he is the energizer bunny and has a form of Muscular Dystrophy) His favorite meal would be beer battered fish sandwiches with fried onion rings and deep fried zuchinni for a veggie!! ANd of course, since this…

Lots of great info everyone. Thanks so much for sharing! :0) It's going to be a nice day here today, so I think I will try my week4/day3 outside and make my 10 year old daughter do it with me. Let's see how that works! LOL!! She's the one who got me doing c25K because she wants to do some 5K's this spring.

LOL!! I won't!

OK, thanks everyone. I'm about average then. I started the first 3 weeks at walking 3.7 and jog at 4.5 (I have long legs) This past week I had to go down so that I could do the whole 5 mins of jogging, walk at 3.5 and jog (3mins) at 4.5 and (5mins) at 4. no incline It just feels so slow to me...especially when I see others…
Vodka for everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think I'm 3rd generation Ukrainian in the US. My dad always laughed and said that our last name meant "Happy Drunk" in Ukrainian. Not sure if he is correct....but I do love me some VODKA!

Well....yesterday I made caramel and candy coated apple slices and chocolate chip cookie dough dip. Hey.....at least they are apples but I really, really shouldn't be eating this dip with a spoon.

I agree with all of the above! Protein and a crockpot are lifesavers. Include kiddos in meal planning (home ec) and plan your meals at least a week at a time so you are prepared and not overwhelmed at 3:30. Include them in exercising (PE), my daughter and I both have a goal to run a 5K in the spring. Make the older kids…

OK, time to get on the ball and start stage 3 today. I took a loooong (3week) break after stage 2 and just worked on maintaining...but didn't get to the gym much at all...just tried to stay active daily. I'm excited to get back to the lifting though. Any wise words???

I've heard of the foam rollers, will need to look into them. But it's not the back of my leg that hurts, it's the big muscle in the front. And when I lunge, it hurts whichever leg is in the back position.

You look great!! Keep up the good work.

Congratulations!! You are an amazing inspiration!
