Doing double workout today to make up for Friday and Saturday... How is everyone else doing? Any 1st week results?

Day 2 Workout 2 and Day 3 Cardio done! Making up for yesterday! I agree Cardio seemed a bit easy, I am thinking of switching out JMBR Wed. Cardio for my Zumba class that I normally go to on Wednesday.

I really jumped the gun on this, I should have patiently waited. The very next day I weighed myslef and was down 2 pounds. I have pretty much consistently lost 2 pounds a week give or take. Thanks for all the advice and info ladies! I really appreciate it!

Just did day 1 today.. then I found this group. I previously lost 30 pounds two years ago following this DVD and watching calories. It totally works and im sooo ready to start back up - I put back on 17 of the pounds I lost from not working out or counting calories! Whoo hoo.. glad I found you guys!

Just started burn phase 1 yesterday and did Turbo jam today! So do you do the whole month of the burn phase and then start the next phase on month 2? Also what pound weights is everyone using?? Just curious

Ya know... you can do anything you put your mind to. It may be difficult right now.. but im doing it and that is all that matters. It may be a balls out program but you know what IM GOING FOR IT!! I love all the supportive people on here!!

I just started insanity yesterday im waaay overweight ... 208 pounds 5'3, but I figure im just gonna do the best I can to make it through.. even if I have to stop every so often. I was trying to find others that had completed or done insanity that were overweight so I could see results, but I didnt…

Thanks for the info! Ok so Yesterday I ate 2200 calories. My bodybugg said I burned 3100. So hopefully I will see some change on the scale on Sunday. Im going for another 2000 calories today.

I ♥♥ Zumba! I have been doing it for about 1 month now 3x a week. I burn around 550-600 calories a 1 hour class. I think I will start on December 1st , im currently just doing Zumba 2x a week, So I would love to incorporate it into my schedule
