    haven't gone though all the responses, so I apologize if this has been mentioned, but you can check out Fitness Blender on YouTube, they have a lot of body weight workouts, no loud music and they explain the exercise so that you use the correct form.

    ETA: I also use BeFit, but I find that they move through the exercises so fast you barely have time to change weights.
