I mix 1 TBsp peanut butter and 1 TBsp greek yogurt when I make PB&J sandwiches. It really cuts the calories without feeling like you are skimping on the peanut butter.

I run with my two Boston Terriers and we do a 2.5 mile loop. My tiny 10 pounder Belle runs ahead the whole way. She is good encouragement. I figure if she can do it on her tiny little legs then so can I.

I was always the biggest girl in my class as a child. Not heavy, just very tall (5'9" by age 12). But I always remember looking at the legs of the girls sitting next to me and then at my legs and seeing that my legs were so much bigger. I pack my lunch the night before so I go ahead and log everything while I am planning what to make. This has really helped make sure I am packing nutritionally balanced meals and snacks. It also saves me from getting to the end of the day and realizing that I am significantly over on calories, sodium, etc.

Use Bisquick to make dumplings in a homeade soup or stew and you have a satisfying meal. You can control the size of dumplings you make to fit your nutritional goals.

I just completed a similar program through my work. We met 3 times a week for a group workout session and weighed in once a week. The challenge lasted 1 month and I lost 10lbs! I came in 2nd place overall for my percentage wt loss. I say go for it and GOOD LUCK!
