Healthy & 0 fat Waldorf Salad

I'm always creating new recipes and threw this together tonight and it was awesome. 0 fat because I used greek yogurt instead of mayo. Hope you enjoy it:)

Ingredients
2 granny smith apples
2 ribs of celery
2 boxes of raisins (1.5 oz size)
1 cup red seedless grapes
Approx. 2 Tbsp of fage 0% fat plain greek yogurt (or until desired consistency)
1/2 lemon- Squeeze the juice which keeps apples from turning brown and gives it a good tangy taste

Very simple, just cut up your apples into bite sized pieces, chop celery, cut grapes in half, add raisins, squeeze the juice of the lemon into the mix, and add the yogurt, stir and refrigerate. This would also be good with walnuts (which I didn't happen to have) and/or sunflower seeds. Also would be a lot fewer calories with fewer raisins. I just love raisins:)
Calories per 1/2 cup serving is 93 calories, 23 carbs, 0 fat, 2 protein, 3 fiber and 13 sodium. Makes 6 servings.
