I think the two people who have a fear of commitment should hook up.

I used to eat fried clam strips for dinner from great restaurants one day on the weekend sometimes, but since joining, alas, I have found I cannot unless dinner will be my only meal. hahaha

The best exercises for losing weight are the ones you enjoy. If you hate it you won't do it. Some exercises burn more than others - ie spinning burns more calories than walking ( and it is more fun). Don't forget to stretch and cool down. Don't hurt yourself. It ain't worth it.

Listen to your body. Go ahead exercise and if you feel pain STOP and take a day off. If you don't, go right ahead enjoy yourself! And do yourself a favor - STRRRRRREEEETTTTTCH before your exercise.

You got handsomer!

You look really beautiful.

Amazingly great!! What exercises did you do? How about diet? How tall are you? I am 5' 9" and I am your age . I started at 203 and am now one month later at 192 pounds. I am just looking for some ideas.

Jane Brody multigrain pancakes made from scratch ( I add raspberries to this) with pure New England maple syrup and a cup of vanilla chai tea. After 50 minutes of spinning this fabulous.

Kris, it could be anything. This is just what is sounds like to us. We are not doctors. Whatever you have, there is a cure I am sure.

Sounds like PF to me. My PF healed after many years. I wore ugly comfortable shoes, heel cups, saw a podiatrist, stopped running altogether and I put on a night sock which was awful. I could not longer exercise as I once did. I healed after many years. I never thought I would heal. It is another world for me now. You will…

Don't take a class that leaves you feeling like a mess for 5 days afterwards. How important is your body to you? How important is being pain free for you? I can deal with one day of pain but no more after a class. I LOVE to exercise. I want to be able to do it many days in a row for an hour, but I want to do it pain free…

Be very wary of foot pain. It can be debilitating for years upon years such as with plantar faciatis. See a podiatrist ASAP. Pain means STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING. That is why you have pain. It alerts you if you listen to your body. Don't listen to your body and pay the price. It is steep. If you fight through the pain as in…

I consider myself a sorta vegetarian. I eat eggs and drink skim milk but other than that I love my huge salads, home made salad dressing, veggie meats and cheese, zucchini soups and tofu and so forth. I don't like meat much at all. Bones and red meat sorta disgusts me actually. Those poor animals and let's not forget all…

I have become worried about this issue. This is one reason why I want to stop this weight gain now before it is too late and I have to have skin taken off and have scars from it. This is awful. I am exercising and eating less now. I also have the fact that I am going through menopause now to contend with and that for a…

Hi. I think I am a vegetarian - no fish. I read that we should not worry about our protein intake. Seems we get more than enough protein in so many different things. Just read the labels.

I took a long time off to recover from injuries done by exercising incorrectly and to excess. Now into my second decade of life, I take it easy. I like to be pain free most of all. So my goal is to do a spin class two to three times a week and do two strength classes. Four times a week works for me.

My grocery store has pyramids of chocolate, pies, cookies and other assorted temptations confronting you as you walk in. One has to be very strong to resist the urge to buy them. Yes, the managers of the supermarket know this. I resist now. Judging by the high rate of obesity in the USA most cannot resist the siren call of…
