I know it may not be a big number compared to others, but it's big to me, with more to come off for sure. This is the longest I've stuck it out with losing weight. I was a yo-yo dieter, wanting something with super fast results, but I finally had a talk with myself and realized it's going to be hard work and worth it. I'm pretty proud of myself ;-)
