I'm not a nutritionist ... never claimed to be .... don't know anything about all this "stuff." But ... if I'm exercising to burn calories it doesn't make sense to me to eat them back. You've already done the hard part. You've admitted to yourself that you need help. Start logging your foods again and take it one day or one meal at a time. You did it before ... and you CAN do it again. We all slip up at times but what counts is that we don't GIVE up.

Let go of the past and look forward to the future. You can't change what already is but you can pick yourself up and get right back on track. If you dwell on that 5 lbs. too long you might get depressed and feel like giving up. Also look at how far you've come on your journey and let that inspire you to continue.
