Theory in science does not mean what you think it means.

people who think depression is just being sad and thinking it can be fixed by jogging and some vitamin D are incredibly wrong. seek real help, not armchair psychologists.

ego

Will it create a bigger deficit? yeah. Rest of your post? Eat less, sorry.

When I realized XXXL was my shirt size.

if you think diet soda is harmful you should probably pay more attention to a lot of other things you're using/consuming.

I want to look good naked.

Regulation has nothing to do with keeping supplements from consumers, just ensuring that what vendors are claiming their product is... really is that. Until then, enjoy your dangerous metals in your protein powder.
-
AFAIK women perform way better using sumo deadlift on average due to their much shorter average height. Try it out.
-
I don't go anywhere near supplements(including protein powder, even though it's a food). So many dangerous chemicals, etc. Many of the products BB.com was selling were laced with steroids.

why would I pay more for less calories? salads are dumb
-
unless it's water, it should be weighed before it touches your mouth. "calorie counting" has become second nature to me. It takes me less than 10 seconds to plop a bowl/plate on my scale, put the stuff on it, then write it down on my dry erase board to log later. People who say it's too tedious aren't doing it properly.

Continue as normal. If I could lose weight after years of "messing it up", a few days won't set me back that much.

I used to be on food stamps, I ate about $4-5(probably much less) of food a day and still do. Barely ever ate processed foods. Tips: Quit buying lean ground beef, the fat is great for you. I regularly bought 85/15 ground beef because it's much more calorie dense than the lean stuff, and cheaper. Rice is amazing. Respect…

Don't do them. I absolutely hate deadlifts and never do them. They're the most overhyped lift possible. And I think suggesting beginners to squat and deadlift without someone coaching them is horrible, they're going to snap the **** out of their back.

In Japan they charge overweight citizens a tax for the extra burden they place on public facilities and programs.
-
Well, that would be one way to make them lose weight. Or we could invest some tax dollars into proper nutrition classes.

I care because I have to pay more to travel, pay more for healthcare, etc. Obesity is linked to many of the leading causes of death in USA and is entirely preventable. I'll never accept obesity for the same reason I won't accept illiteracy.

learn the art of cast iron cooking, I barely ever use anything else.

I have five cats. I am constantly yelling at them to get down from something.

Double standards exist because people are not equal. Going to leave it at that before I turn it into a rant.

Not sure why people are dismissing sodium, many times I've stalled for a week or two then dropped ~5+lbs over a couple days when I lowered my sodium and increased my potassium.
-
artificial sugar I eat greek yogurt almost daily because it's really filling.
-
The one thing that made the difference for me was that I ate less.
-
remember to also not eat past 8pm and don't eat too early don't eat a big breakfast carbs are evil, cut them out fat makes you fat, don't eat those either fast all day and eat in the last 2 hours at night so the food goes right through you
-
I regularly eat pizza and fast food and lost 50+ lbs using MFP. Eating "healthy" != counting calories.
-
The second one, if it's real, is synthol. It's pretty nasty, a guy in Germany lost use of his arms because of it.
-
BMR != TDEE. BMR is the basic amount of calories your body burns in 24 hours doing nothing.

OHP is a big 4? I'd put pullups or dips in there way before OHP, they're right up there next to deads and squats.
