Awesome question! I just got a few answers myself on this thread!

That's good to know. I was planning on buying some Friday because it's so good for you and I was going to make MCT medical marijuana mct with St. John's Wort and another with Valerian for sleep, but I also have ADHD, always have and MS makes it worse. How long did it take to start working for ADHD?

I'd just render that belly down! Yum!

Nice! Congrats on the weight loss and getting life insurance! I just found out how hard it is getting life insurance because of MS, let alone weight issues. :-( Congrats!!!

I love that puffball by the way! I once found one that looked like it was a huge garden ornament shaped like a bum!

That's awesome and I love the picture! Actually, they probably mistook Amanita Phalloides for paddy straw mushrooms. It happens, but once you know them, there's not much to worry about. Starting out, stay away from Amanitas if you're a newbie and know the Galerina! Others are great as medicine and for the plate-sooooo…

Thank you! My husband is pretty well aware and is helping me through everything. He's concerned because this stupid borderline neurosis got me to a place that almost killed me before. I'm keeping aware of it. He's with me on getting a Quantum scale so I can't see my weight, but tells me how much I've lost and it has an…

Thank you! I'll check it out.

I'm Fungusgirl because I am an amateur mycologist. That's right! Just like the beloved Egon, I collect molds, spores and fungus. Always have since I was taught to make my first spore print as a child. :)

That sounds really awesome! I'm going to try it, but maybe use ginger juice that I have. Thanks for the recipe!! It's going to be great for inflammation and the gut!

I don't think I could personally give up cheese. I love cheese. I found cutting out HWC sometimes helps, even though I don't use much, but I assume it's the calories in it.

Wow! Good for you! That's incredibly inspiring and yes, you need the electrolytes. Just find some good vitamins, as this guy above said, also Zinc, D3, Calcium, etc. I take a Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc vitamin and a Multi Source Potassium also. Good Stuff and Congrats!!

Honestly just follow your body. If you are actually hungry, then eat! If not, don't. Sometimes I feel like I have to because it's "time" to, but it may not be the case. I'd take vitamins, though.

Hmmm. I found a recipe complete with pictures that looked pretty good. I was baking for my husband and pregnant neighbor today (yesterday) and didn't have time to make them. I'll post the link here. Let me know if it's similar because it looks good, but I won't waste the ingredients if it sucks.…

I'd love some support. I was an avid low carb, keto girl for years. I was happy and healthy. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and got scared-listened to doctors, people-tried everything under the sun. Now I'm double the person. I'm back and have read how this will help heal my brain. I'm ready.

Hello, there!! You have the Keto-Flu-do not worry, it'll pass soon enough. The important thing is do not slip-or you will feel crappy all over again. I did the Keto diet years ago after several pregnancies and a ton of steroids. I went from over 300 pounds to 87 (I know-I ended up getting unhealthy) and then I got Lyme,…

Hi! How is it going? :)

Too much protein will act the same way carbs do if you have too little fat. Your body will burn the excess protein first, which may be why you were tired with the Keto-flu for so long (Rabbit Starvation is a lot of protein, too little fat). Look up Ketogenic diet. You should have at least lost your 10 pounds or so of water…
