I'm in for 30 this month! I got close to that last month even with a week off for a strained hamstring so I feel confident I can hit 30 in January.

I'm definitely not worried about my speed. I haven't run since I was maybe ten years old lol. Once I get my endurance up a bit, I will go back and work on increasing distance and speed. But my stamina isn't much right now.

I just started c25k last week. I plan on trying for 20 miles for December. I got in 1.5 miles during my week 2 day 1 today. I'm super slow when I run lol but I figure that will give me on average, 5 miles a week. But I am excited for this chapter of my journey!

My current profile pic is less than 30 days work but I started seeing small results within a couple weeks. I eat more whole grains, fruits and veggies, and workout 6 days a week. Right now I am following fitgirlsguide and will do so until I surpass it on a strength level.

Without your diary being open, it is hard to know for sure. But maybe your sodium levels? You retain 2-4 liters of water for the equivalent of the sodium in a teaspoon of table salt. 2 liters of water weighs about 4 pounds. Water weight can also be caused by other things such as your menstrual cycle or medications.

That was my idea. Because I know that cutting will involve muscle loss again and the further I have to go to get to my ideal, the more muscle I will have lost along the way as well. But I definitely am going to listen to all the advice from the experienced people (including you lol).

I'm soon to get my hair cut so I will be doing a lot of pincurl sets. But I still want to keep it long enough to throw in some victory rolls once in a while. My arms do get a tiny workout just from being up there so long, curling my hip length hair!
