Stopped losing weight

Hi, i've used MFP for ages & have always had success with it. I eat my 1200 calories every day unless I eat out, in which case I eat sensibly but probably go a bit over (but i don't eat out too often). I've gone from 13.3 stone to 9.6. I'm really happy but still want to lose a few more pounds but the last couple of weeks I have put on a bit of weight even though i'm still recording acurately. Has anyone else had the similar problem or advice for me?

    Without your diary being open, it is hard to know for sure. But maybe your sodium levels? You retain 2-4 liters of water for the equivalent of the sodium in a teaspoon of table salt. 2 liters of water weighs about 4 pounds. Water weight can also be caused by other things such as your menstrual cycle or medications.
