I haven't been to Olive Garden since I started MFP because I logged over 2500 calories in one sitting there. Before MFP it was my favorite place to eat out!! Great post....glad we saw the light!!

I want to be in the healthy range!! 8 pounds in 7 weeks for me would be a ton since it is going so slow but I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be at a healthy weight again!! Good luck....we believe in you!! (Great post)

before I got my HRM I logged it as dancing, general. I was always scared to overcount but i know what you mean about sweating!! Good Luck!

My twins are four and half, althouh the twinskin is not magically disappeared, I am surprised that my stomach is looking much flatter.....the tiger stripe stretch marks however......well......I haven't been so lucky. :( Best of luck!

I feel boaty with the water and I don't usually eat too much sodium. It's absolutely something that takes getting used too but after about a week you start to feel that bloaty feeling go away!! Good luck!!

I am level 2 also! I am going to follow the lightweight on the iphone app. Good luck all, it's fun to see all of you interested. I have wanted to do two things in my life physically.....the first was pushups, the second is hulahoop (don't laugh, I can't do it)......maybe this will give me the conidence to persue…

I got the sample packs a week ago and I must say I am in LOVE with the chocolate PB2!!!! The regular was ok but it seemed like I could taste in peanut that was perfect. I would buy thhe chocolte one again and maybe I would use the regular for a recipe of in something. I don't think I would eat it with a spoon though!
