thanks everyone for replying (olde or new :)) I haven't been able to do any of the t25 videos. my downstairs neighbor complained about my "stomping" when I tried so until I move I wont be doing them.

I'm vegan and the only real processed thing I eat is non GMO tofu, and that's not with every meal. I eat mostly fruit, vegetables, legumes, lentils, quinoa, nuts, seeds,brown rice and whole wheat bread & nut milk. I do have a protein powder that I take from time to time but other than that I mostly just eat natural foods.…

I have done other programs and find that with the amount of work I do they don't make me feel energized but burnt out. I also teach yoga several times a week so It can be a lot with my regular 9-5 and whatever extra I pick up.

My life has been crazy busy the last while, summer is when I usually work 2 or 3 jobs so its good to hear that if I do only have time for the 25 minutes it will be enough to feel something. thank -you all so much for your feedback!

I usually do a pretty intense Yoga practice 5 days a week. It's good to hear that i'll be able to do other things if I choose to!

I just hit day 4 of her beginner video! it's so different from the usual that i'm used to! MFP says its such low calorie burn but I feel so sweaty by the time i'm done! Do you guys JUST do her videos or do you run etc with it?

Thank-you so much! I guess maybe I should have looked a little harder. I do a lot of yoga so I am hoping that pilates will be something that comes more natural to me. I am using it as a new tool to try and budge the last few lbs and inches. I hurt my ankle so anything HIIT style is a no no for me! Congrats also on your lbs…

My first instinct would be it's what your eating- under estimating or over estimating your intake or calories burned even. Most times it's your food. If you want help you might have to have a visible diary...

I would say don't lie to yourself about what your eating! Keep it as close to natural as possible (fruits and veggies etc..) don't bother with the processed crap! That and get your friggin protein! even if your vegan your body needs that **** to ton up!
