I work out at the same time and usually just have either a shake with protein powder and almond milk or sometimes blend in a little frozen fruit. I feel I need a little something after a workout but don't really feel hungry enough to eat. Play around and see what works for you.

I use a can of crushed tomatoes and add my own seasonings instead of jar sauce. I prefer it, and it reduces the calories a bit. Also use lean meat. I also enjoy it over spaghetti squash.

From what I can see, it looks like you are eating too much. When you put in that you are active, you are accounting for the workouts. I see that you are not eating all of your exercise calories back but you are eating some of them back. If MFP gave you 2200 based on the fact that you are active then you shouldn't be eating…

I don't know anything about curves but I've done a ton of Jillian Michaels DVDs. I just enter it as circuit training under cardio. I would also enter a little less time than I actually did because MFP tends to overestimate.

For me, a good Flavored coffee was key. One of my favorites is Target's Archer Farms brand. I thinks its vanilla biscotti. I know it has the word biscotti. all I need is a teaspoon or two of sugar (depending on the cup size) I still need cream for the regular stuff we have at work though.

Fish is hit or miss for me. It took a long time for me to like it. I love salmon so I just cook it with whatever seasoning I feel like for the day. I have made tilapia that was drizzled with olive oil and dipped in Parmesan cheese and baked. That was really good.

so doing some quick math, I got the same ratios as what you get in excel. The only thing I can think of is that MFP tracks more than carbs/fat/protein and the ratios are taking that into consideration even though it only shows those three.??
