Six Star whey protein by Muscletech (sold at Walmart). I love the vanilla cream flavor mixed with almond milk. There is 30g of protein per scoop for only 160 calories. A 2# container costs between $18 to $19.

My sister has lost around 90 pounds by watching her portions more and by walking. It's really the only exercise she is doing so far. She started out just walking a little and now she walks for miles at a time. You just have to start out slow and walk a little farther each time.

I'm 5'5" and started at 169. Currently I bounce between 135 an 130 and am happy there. The lightest I would want to be is 125.

I like the black one the best, but both look nice on you.

When I ride my normal bike outdoors for 45 minutes at a pace of 15 to 16 miles per hour (that's a pretty fast pace) my bike computer will be at around 400 calories burned. MFP will say about 200 calories burned more than that, so I stick with what my bike computer says so I don't over estimate the exercise. 800 calories…

I love Nature's Pride 100% whole wheat with flax bakery bread. It is 100 calories per slice, but they are large slices and very filling and it has no high fructose corn syrup. And the best part is that it is delicious.

Best advice ever. More people should follow it.

Saw Moneyball a couple of weeks ago. It was really good.

Iron is the main thing. They check that to make sure it is high enough. I get turned down every once in a while due to that.

It looks to me like your daily calorie goal is set too high. I would think that it would be set at 1200. So on a normal day you would eat 1200 plus your exercise calories, which on one day you should have had 1781 but consumed more than that, even though MFP said you were under quite a ways. That would explain why you are…

If you want to cut down the calories in your recipe, just substitute low fat plain yogurt for the mayo, or you can do 1/2 yogurt and 1/2 mayo. The taste is nearly the same, the yogurt actually adds a little more zing to it. My recipe is: 12 oz canned tuna in water 3 T low fat plain yogurt 1 T capers 1/4 cup sun-dried…

I love cycling, have pedaled 2300 miles so far this year. I bike almost everyday, anywhere from 10 to 50 miles at a time. I broke down and bought a Specialized Dolce Sport road bike this summer and just absolutely love it. Add me if you like.

I lightly coat a 5 to 6 oz fillet with dijon mustard and then italian style breadcrumbs and bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Comes out perfect and delicious every time.
