I'm 5'5 and 26 years old. My goal is 130-135. I don't know that I want to lose more than that, but we'll see how I feel when I get there. I'm currently 150 but was in the 180s when I started losing.0

5`5 here. My goalweight is 148 pounds. I am 44 years old.
I started 2008 with 235.4 pounds. Now I am 196.9. I had a bit less 2011, gained a bit again, I just keep on and will succeed in the end.0 -

Wow, our SW, goal weight and height are essentially the same. I've had trouble getting below 148 for several months now, but I'd love to be between 120-130.0

I'm just under 5'5, and goal is 135 for now, I'll adjust when I get there if needed but it's all about how I look and feel. I think the lowest I'd probably go is 125.0

I am 170 right now but have been (Unhealthily) 95lbs- 170lbs
I found my setpoint at 125 but as I got on medication it became 135. I would love to get there again OR just be fit and healthy and stay at a weight like 145. My goal is to get into normal weight range, not overweight.

125-130. I don't think I've weighed around 125 since 5th grade! (I was only 5'3 then)0

My goal is 140-150. I've been as low as 125-135, but that was before I had kids and approx. 10 years ago, so I'm not sure if I can get there again and/or maintain it.
Recently, I'm starting to see the light that the scale can be a lying *****, so I'm re-evaluating, and while I'd definitely like to be at or below 150 lb. (to have a healthy BMI), I'd also like to have a good healthy body fat % to go with it (25% or less). So if that means I get to150 and never go lower, then I'll be 100% OK with that.0 -
I'm 5'5" and started at 169. Currently I bounce between 135 an 130 and am happy there. The lightest I would want to be is 125.0
