Why not? Plenty of trainers I know like them. Lots of positives for the versaclimber.

I don't trust dessert hummus. Hummus is just fine as is. Also if anyone is on Thrive Market, I can endorse their coconut wraps. Just coconut meat, coconut oil, and coconut water pressed real thin. A tad sweet but if you even slightly like coconut you'll love them. I used them to wrap up some shredded green chili pork and…

Some interesting reading about games vs. sports https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Game#Definitions https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sport#Etymology Personally, I think if a person believes their activity is a sport, it probably is. I respect that thought less when they get personally offended when others don't believe it is. Of…

Opinions on whether something qualifies as a sport can and do vary across all domains. Saying "Golf is not a sport" isn't a false statement unless you understand a lot more about what that person's definition of sport is. https://www.golfdigest.com/story/is-golf-a-sport-and-the-answer-isit-depends Just as an example. But…

If you're so insecure that a stranger on the internet not recognizing your activity as their definition of sport, then I'm dubious of the nature of that activity. Most sports impart a self-confidence that give you the ability to not care about other peoples categorization.
-
The more people get upset about their game *not* being called a sport, the more I am confident it is not a sport.

Alone. Other people are the worst.

RE: Chronic Lyme https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4477530/ "Even if CLD lacks biological legitimacy, its importance as a phenomenon can be monumental to the individual patient. This is because many if not most patients who believe they have this condition are suffering, in many cases for years. Many have…

The lyme disease I'm referring to is the vague collection of symptoms that people have for years which are probably just general anxiety but since they can't accept that their brain is wrong they travel from doctor to doctor who all clear them health wise and then they wind up at a naturopath/herbalist who diagnoses them…

L&L cookies are garbage, both in taste and macros

I love *almost* all BBQ. St Louis, Carolina (North and South), Texas, KC, Memphis... I just don't care for Alabama's "white sauce". It doesn't do anything for me.

Those pumpkin spice glaze krispy kreme originals were amazing.

Chili is chili. “If you know beans about chili, you know that chili has no beans.” http://www.slate.com/articles/life/food/2015/01/chili_history_there_are_no_beans_in_san_antonio_s_specialty.html

I don't like when anyone talks to me at the gym.

Sea salt caramel halo top was the worst. Butterscotch and caramel are not the same flavor.

Lemon bars > cake, pie, cheesecake, etc

The pumpkin spice glazed krispy kremes are a 10/10.

Apparently this opinion might be unpopular but Coke Zero Sugar is the worst parts of coke zero and diet coke.

is this the new bulletproof coffee? blend some coke with melted butter and mct oil?

9/10 times when someone says "I've looked into all the literature" what they mean is they read a handful of abstracts they half remember.
-
Never had a good halo top- I'm sure the pumpkin will be atrocious as well.

Peach Mango Bang is pretty good and I'm not a mango fan. Citrus Twist tastes like a bad generic diet orange soda. Still want the Root Beer Blaze flavor.
-
Tried the funfetti cheesecake slice from Cheesecake Factory. It was okay- fairly mediocre. Doesn't break my top 5, might be in the top 10 just for the novelty.

oh man i was wrong, this is the dumbest topic and yes, i've read all of this thread.

this is officially the dumbest argument this thread has had.

http://www.webmd.com/heartburn-gerd/news/20160608/proton-pump-inhibitor-health-risks#1 Would rather stay away from things that have a chance of upping my risk of death when there are good alternatives that don't have the same potential risks.
-
Don't take proton pump inhibitors. I'd recommend ranitidine (fewer potential side effects) and elimination (get rid of the most common triggers- chocolate, tomatoes, onions, garlic, beans), don't eat within 3 hours of sleeping, and get a wedge for sleeping on. Lower your daily stress levels as well.

My unpopular fitness theory is the more someone complains about snowflakes the more likely they're a snowflake in their own special way.
