  • Been MIA and have put on 3 pounds since staring this group. Two vacations later, I am determined to turn things around. I am just glad to find you all again. I will have only 1 month, but I still want to make the positive changes I say I want to do. Thanks.
  • I will take on this challenge with you but will adjust it to include: walking, swimming, bicycling, house/yard work, and/or floor exercises every day until Fall (94 days). Today (6/22/16) is Day 1 - done!
  • SW 170 (6/22/16) GW 150 (9/4/16) This means a decrease of 2 lbs per week to meet my goal. My weaknesses are: loving sugar and portion control. I want to break my last all-time low of 160 (which I did not maintain for very long). GRRRR! Let the FUN begin! :)
  • I everyone. Kate here. I just decided to come back to MFP and was happy to find your group.   • Sorry I was pretty inactive in this group but I start my phyisical therapy tomorrow and I'm hoping to get the OK to do some/any exercises involving arms. I would like to join your ab/core group. I know I really need triceps work too. Thanks for your example of commitment.
