My highs this week I lost 2lbs and I clean for the most part I was happy about my nutrition for the most part this week. My lows didn't really feel like working out I made myself do it but I don't think I went as hard as I could or should have. But overall I'm satisfied with this week.

This week i'm feeling pretty good I've gotten some pretty good workout in....I'm still doing the 30 day shred and Turbo jam or eleptical.
