I really like this idea! Think I'm finally going to invest in some protein powder and give it a go. Thank you!

Thank you all so much! I actually just had a little ice cream bar. Wasn't much, but, again -- babysteps. And it showed me that it's okay. All of your advice is really helpful and I appreciate it tons!!

Thank you very much! :)

When in doubt - high calorie, yummy peanut butter.
-
That's really sad! Why would someone even *suggest* doing something like this.. :\

I like to have a general idea just so I get a good balance of all the right nutrients throughout the day :)

I think it's controversial -- as are most things..

Overnight oats are amazing 1/2 cup oats + 1/2 almond milk, in the fridge overnight, top with fruit in the morning! Or you can get creative and add yogurt, seeds, cocoa powder, pb, options are endless!

Thank you for your feedback! So: 1,700 calories is the number I should shoot for, yes?

I really like to bake my own pita chips with cinnamon. :) Or sweet potato + cinnamon!

( shameless bump.. really, really in need of advice )

Look into Vitatops!

Thank you, both!

Could always slice up multiple fruits or veggies and make a mini bowl :) They have 45 cal bread that's a m a z i n g. You could toast it and add some sugar free jams ( some are only 5 cal per tablespoon! ) And those 100 cal popcorn packs I really like...but they might not be too filling!

Faaaaaalse! Not givin' up my boca burgers, nope..
-
Nah! I don't even pay mind to sugar.

Trust me, you will not put on weight! You'll keep losing, sure, sadly as well as your health!

Sounds to me you could be borderline eating disorder. I was suffering anorexia and eating 800 calories at most. I've bumped it up to 1,200 (although I still need more, but am working on it), even when I was scared, and guess what-- I'm STILL losing weight. Although I AM feeling better! Food is fuel. Not the enemy. Eat well…

Gillian Anderson! The woman is aging like a fine wine.. (or possibly even backwards)

Steamed broccoli -- so steamed that it's soft and mushy.

I personally love yoplait's froyo bars! And weight watchers is amazing too! Anything single serve, really. But calcium and protein is always a plus.
-
Oatmeal! When you make it homemade, there are soo many healthy options. Even look into overnight oats - or just milk + granola + add fruit!
-
I don't even pay attention to sugar. Especially being a fruit lover, I feel like it's impossible *not* to exceed. It's not like you're eating ten bags of gummy bears! It's fruit! :)

I am a vegetarian -- and nuts is a good idea, thanks!!
