I met my goal each week with my burnt calories totaling 17891 for this September Challenge. That is an average of 4473 calories a week. Congratulations to all those that made it through this challenge!!! We did it.

I actually did 45 days. I am going to take a break from the Shred for a little bit. I appreciate all the motivation watching the updated posts. I did my squats but only did 10 single legged squats per leg. I need a lot more practice on those. I had trouble with balance and a range of motion.
