2 shakes a day and a reasonable meal and snacks will work. Be sure to drink pleanty of water too. Taking the supplements only adds to it. If you are just starting out I would reccommed using the aloe, herbal tea and shake twice a day. See how that goes and if you don't like the results then add supplements.

I use 1 scoop of Dulce de Leche, 1 scoop Cookies-n-creme and 1 scoop of protien. In a blender put water up to just under the 1 on the blender and blend until think(the longer it blends the thicker it will be) then add a few cubes of ice. No milk or anything else it only adds calories to it.

Honestly if the only reason your going over on sugar is from whole wheat bread, fruits and veggies then I would not worry about it. But if is because of other sweets then you'd have some problems.

If you really want pizza try using whole wheat tortilla as the crust. Just bake it a little with a little Pam or any other spray. Then top with whatever you want. My kids even like pizza this way.

when I graduated HS I weighed about 270ish. I gained to 391 lbs and now weigh about 235 so yes it can be done.
