Welcome Elizabeth, it should like you are doing well. Exercise usually doesn't happen unless it is something you enjoy doing. I do a lot of varies fasting protocols, IF almost daily.

Big welcome to the newbies. "That's always the hardest part for me, maintaining the loss." This was always my problem. I finally went low carb and then added intermittent fasting 14/10, with occasional longer fasts. I am working on year five of maintaining now. It can be done, so find what works for you and go for it.

I do walking with my husband 2x a day in bad weather, 3x if it is good. I also attend 3 fitness classes a week.
