I took it after having my son,it works I lost like 30 pounds with it I was also eating better and working out. I quit taking it because it was expensive. I think that as long as you're eating right and working out that it doesn't hurt to have a little help.

Does anyone plan out there meals for the week? Does it help to know what you'll be eating all week? Mine is chocolate, anything chocolate. I haven't had a cheat yet so I'm thinking of going out and buying a small something chocolate not sure what yet. I'll try to keep it to about 150 calories, just thinking about it is making my mouth water.

Last night I had pasta for the first time in awhile, usuallly I would fill my whole plate up with pasta and eat it. This time I measured out 2 cups ( I needed to use up some calories) I couldn't finish it all. To me that was a small victory.

I walk and I barely burn 100 calories. I've seen people put that they burn 500 calories in a workout what are you doing to burn that many. I know I need to up my workout but I don't know what to do, walking is easy and I know I can usually get in about 30 minutes of it a day.

Ok I have another question, yesterday I was short about 200 calories. Anyone have any healthy snacks that I could eat when I'm short calories? I don't want junk food just something healthy so that I meet my required calories.

Mine was when I was carrying my son into the store, by time I got into the store I was out of breath, I was so embrassed that I couldn't walk that far with my son. Thats when I knew I had to do something.

Wow, I'm a little jealous. I have a bag a chips in the kitchen that keep haunting me, I'm going to have to have my husband take them to work for lunch before I go eat the whole bag. I wish I could just eat one and not want anymore but it hasn't happen.
