Good Morning to all, I haven't been on in a while cause I have been sick, so when I returned yesterday to posting I noticed there were a lot of new names I haven't seen before so I thought I would get this started again. I normally post everyday what I have had for my meals to keep myself accountable and also let anyone else post what they have had and it gives others ideas if they are stuck and would like to try something new!! So here goes....

slim fast shake

It wasn't much but still don't have much of an appetite..

    Hi. I haven't reported my food to anyone before but that would probably help me keep the bad stuff out of it. Breakfast is consistent for me though.

    Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
    Coffee w/fat free creamer

    Pretty much every day...that is what I have.

    special K chocolatey delite with ff milk, morning star veggie sausage, tea.

    however, today I am still hungry!!! I need to get my butt up and get busy since all I can think about is the bread calling to me from the kitchen!

    Three med. eggs, a yogurt and a small bowl of cereal. I had a killer swim workout this morning and I was hungry!!!

    My usual morning: 1 cup of Special K with Strawberries and 3/4 cup Skim Milk and 5 large strawberries!

    I made steel-cut oats in my crockpot Friday night and had that for breakfast Saturday through Tuesday but today it was gone and I had to have cold cereal (two serving of Curves with 1 cup skim milk). It was fine, but I missed my oatmeal! Will have to make more tonight.

    So boring, I had oatmeal with cinnamon...... it was ok, at least I'm full! lol
  • this is just what i need to report whjat i eat im struggling so much and there are great choices here im not a b-fast person and i havent eaten yet today but ill be here tomorrow is grapefruit a good choice ? maybe ill have a cup of ff milk with it as i dont get enough calcium dont hesitate to give me your 2 cents lol thats what i need

    I had 2 eggs, a piece of toast w/ peanutbutter on it, and 1/2 a grapefruit.

    Hi butterfly. I'd go with oatmeal with your fruit. It is filling but very hearthealthy and low in calories :) just a tip.

    I'll eat the exact same thing untill I get tired of it and then switch, right now it's an egg sandwhich

    1 large egg, sunny side up (would have used medium size but there wasn't any at the store...wierd)
    1 slice of bread, toasted, (if it's under 100 cal.'s, its fair game)
    a little pat of butter
    salt/pepper to taste
    1 cup skim milk to wash it down.

    I cut up the egg and fold the bread around it tp make a little sammy.

    Today though I followed it up with a vitamin

    This held me over till lunch today, but usually I get hunger around 10:30, because I eat my breakfast around 7, maybe it was the vitamin
