Good Morning to all, I haven't been on in a while cause I have been sick, so when I returned yesterday to posting I noticed there were a lot of new names I haven't seen before so I thought I would get this started again. I normally post everyday what I have had for my meals to keep myself accountable and also let anyone else post what they have had and it gives others ideas if they are stuck and would like to try something new!! So here goes....

Hi. I haven't reported my food to anyone before but that would probably help me keep the bad stuff out of it. Breakfast is consistent for me though.
Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
Coffee w/fat free creamer
Pretty much every day...that is what I have.0 -
special K chocolatey delite with ff milk, morning star veggie sausage, tea.
however, today I am still hungry!!! I need to get my butt up and get busy since all I can think about is the bread calling to me from the kitchen!0 -
Today was boring. I had 1cup rice krispies and 1/2 cup 1% fat milk0

Three med. eggs, a yogurt and a small bowl of cereal. I had a killer swim workout this morning and I was hungry!!!0

2/3 cups oatmeal, 4 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 cup skim milk0

1/2 cup whole grain Oatmeal
2 cups of tea with Skim Milk and Splenda.

My usual morning: 1 cup of Special K with Strawberries and 3/4 cup Skim Milk and 5 large strawberries!0

I made steel-cut oats in my crockpot Friday night and had that for breakfast Saturday through Tuesday but today it was gone and I had to have cold cereal (two serving of Curves with 1 cup skim milk). It was fine, but I missed my oatmeal! Will have to make more tonight.0

this is just what i need to report whjat i eat im struggling so much and there are great choices here im not a b-fast person and i havent eaten yet today but ill be here tomorrow is grapefruit a good choice ? maybe ill have a cup of ff milk with it as i dont get enough calcium dont hesitate to give me your 2 cents lol thats what i need0

Hi butterfly. I'd go with oatmeal with your fruit. It is filling but very hearthealthy and low in calories just a tip.0
