I lost about 50 lbs in 2 or 3 months. Once you get about 10 to 20 lbs is when it starts coming off slowly. Im in my last 9 right now, and im platueing like a mofo. It helps keep you motivated tho, but nope nothings wrong with ya.

30 day shred was amazing for me. If you dont like fruits and veggies, buy a nutri bullet. The bullet is only 100 bucks which isnt too expensive. Then u can drink your fruit and veggies. I lost sooo much weight on it. As someone else said, oatmeal (I put blueberries and walnuts on mine.) You could also try all bran flakes with soy milk. A boiled egg. You could try just having an orange or an apple. Any piece of fruit really. I either eat one of those choices, bran flakes is my top choice..

Yeah rice mixed in with garlic and onions is amazing. Jasmine Thai Imperial Dragon rice is very tasty. It isnt the best but not the worst for you. Plus it fills you up very very quick for a long time.

That is the key is just to not give up! Even if you didn't loose a pound one week-even if you binged-even if you stopped exercising for a couple days..just don't say "oh well , i failed, might as well just quit this, I'll never be at the weight i was before."
