Yup I've gotten the same comments. They started about 30+ lbs ago. Although a few of those people have changed their tune and are now asking me for weight loss advice. Lol

Awesome feeling! Double hi5 to that! congrats on your amazing success!

Still don't really feel thinner. A friend called me skinny the other day and I was like "huh?" same friend gave me a pair of jean I swore wouldn't fit because they looked so small and I don't feel small, I was shocked when they fit.

what she said........................

Start logging, even if it is for a week. because even eating healthy you could still be eating at maintenance or higher. weigh, measure and log everything. Calories in vs calories out. I don't eat healthy all the time but I log all my food and fit everything into my allotted calories.
-
Yes I eat what I want, in moderation. It's the only way I would have stuck to losing weight for this long. In the past I tried cutting out foods I love and then I crashed and burned. I do make better food choices now but if I want chocolate, I'm gonna have chocolate. lol

Wow nicely done! you look fantastic!
-
WOW! Fantastic transformation..... Was gonna ask about loose skin but you answered already so I'll just say WTG! You look HOT!
-
throw in a serving of almonds (160 cal) or a little peanut butter.....they will up your calories and it's not a lot of food to eat. It's really not hard to reach 1230 calories when you throw in some calorie dense foods.
-
Sounds like a good start! I would only suggest getting a food scale, if you don't already have one, so you can log accurately. When I started I did 30 minutes 5 days a week of cardio (walking and stationary bike) and hardly any strength. I kinda just knew when it was time for me to step it up.

In for bacon! I only recently found out about butterball turkey bacon.... was shocked when I tasted it and it was actually good!
-
Not sure but I'm about 130 and a size 5 right now..... so my guess would be about a 1 or 3

But candy from strangers is the best! :(

1. Start with a small deficit. Figure your intake from there. 2. Eat what you want in moderation 3. Get a food scale 4. Log accurately (weigh and measure everything) 5. If you have a question you want to ask on the message boards, use the search option at the top of the page. Most of the time your question has been asked…

I want it. I want it NOW!

Hasn't happened on the iphone app yet...... Had to log something unhealthly to check..... wonder what it would say to me :) bodymedia used to scold me but the I shut those comments off..... they never stopped me from chosing the same foods anyway
-
Yup I eat what I want. I heart chocolate and eat it quite often during the week. I try to keep the naughty foods under control but if I want the fat snacks I will most likely eat the fat snacks. :drinker:

I'm about 133 now and have dropped my goal to 1/2 or 1 pound a week. Feels way more doable then 2 pounds a week. When I was above 180 I could do that, but now, no, not with out feeling light headed and tired. Take your time, you don't have a lot to lose.

I don't think 90 lbs will cause as much loose skin as the 172 pounds this woman lost. Also I'm going to agree with the comment about her not being lean. I've lost over 85 pounds and yes I have a little loose skin on my stomach and inner thighs but the more time passes and weights I lift, the better it's looking. I think…

In for the responses :)

I did at first from my husband and his friends but now they are all used to it. although I do get the comments now like "did you measure and log that?"

I do think that when creating a 1000+ calorie deficit, you have a bit more wiggle room than someone creating a 250 calorie deficit. I would think accuracy matter much more when creating when you are trying to create a small deficit.
-
I weigh everything but was having a debate and the argument was that their calories are so low that a guestimation was fine. I argued that when creating a smaller deficit, accuracy matters.
