This is the midway point down from 265 to 206. Fell off the wagon over the last year do to the death of my father and older sister, but back on track and down over 20lbs since first of the year. Could not have done it without the help of MFP!!

That is just a little over 3lbs a week which is outstanding. I'm not sure how much you weighed to start with but expecting to lose 5lbs a week is very very difficult and will leave you struggling later as your body will start to hate you for it. What is your current caloric intake recommendation on MFP and what are you…

I think maybe add in two small snacks during the day...one around 915ish and another around 130 or so....going 1130 to 330 without anything is a long time....I try to eat a little something about every 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I find a spoonful of peanut butter really helps curb any hunger issues I have had in the past.

A case of Diapers, a case of absolute zero monsters and a case of cookies for my pregnant wife. She says the baby wants them. :-)

In Oahu it was Regal Donuts...man they were great. Now, Army has sent us to Columbus, GA and my wife wont eat anything other than Krispy Kreme....I particularly don't like yeast donuts though.

If I had the equipment had home....I would totally work out at home...but I don't and since I am in the Army and active duty I get into the post gyms for free. I actually work out at the gym I have inside the hospital I work in and its great.

I would also say....start weight training and change up the diet some. Maintain calories but increase protein and decrease carbs.

I can say off the top of my head that if what you posted is a typical day...you are not getting anywhere near the amount of protein that you need to build muscle or even to conserve muscle for that matter.

Same as everyday....1/2 cup (dry) of oatmeal and protein shake after my morning workout.

I worked out 6 days a week....Ran every other day. Lifted everyday....and did (no making fun) 7 minute abs 2-3 times everyday. Also would do hanging leg raises and other hanging abs movements in between my sets when lifting. I used a high rep moderate weight routine because I do like to run.

old fashioned oats for breakfast, brown rice, fish or chicken and fresh veggies for first lunch....same for second lunch and about the same for dinner. Would also incorporate protein shakes and bars....Quest nutrition. On occasion I would have baked sweet potato for dinner also....

Before I was 6'3" 243lbs and I have no idea what body fat. After obviously same height (lol) and 207 with a BF of around 8-10 maybe. A machine used at the Hospital I worked at had me at 8.2% but I felt fatter than that.

depends on your goals and what exact type of protein that you are consuming. They different types break down and are utilized at different speeds. After long runs I use an isolate protein. It breaks down and absorbs quickly to help my body from breaking down muscle. Other times just regular whey protein is good. It breaks…

Statham for sure...yeah Arnold is big but then again so is Brock Lesner and he is a big turd in the octagon. If statham truly does possess those type of martial arts skills and its not just movie trickery. For example Jean Claude Van Damn was a beast in movies but he was a gymnist not a fighter.

I started out running and until I was able to run a certain distance I stayed at that distance. Then I increased the distance. Ultimately, It is up to you. As long as you are moving you are burning calories which is what you are looking to do. If you are looking to become a long distance runner, then IMO stick to 3kms till…

I get up between 4am and 430am every morning so that I can do PT. It is either a long run or weight training depending on the day of the week. At first, you will be very tired until you get adjusted to the morning workouts, but once you do then you will feel a huge change and you will have a lot more energy throughout the…
