    So when you ran did you track your steps and eat back your calories or stay at an even further deficit?

    I tried to eat some of them back....but sometimes I just couldn't eat that much.

    Great job !!! I didn't realize diet plays a big part into it that's it I'm sticking to it and getting there !! Thanks for the motivation
