I have PCOS. The weight is a battle for me. You are not alone! My advice is keep drinking water, watch carbs and don’t be hard on yourself. I have not taken any supplements. How long have you been working on losing weight? That will make a difference too.

I stopped weighing myself. Honestly it was a twice a day weigh in and then when I GAINED 5 pounds I could have had a stroke! I was so frustrated and wanted to give up. I started out on the elliptical and ended on the treadmill. came home and cleaned house like a crazy woman for 2 hours. I burned 1600 calories today
