I did 30 day shred last year and it was good, It depends on your fitness level when you start the video, mine was reasonable so I did 1 week level 1 and 2 and the rest at level 3 but your body will tell you when you are ready to move on. Just make sure you move on after 10 days!

I've just finished my 30 days of the shred... i did it practically everyday (i missed 4 so added them on to the end) only problem is im finding that my knees are hurting, not massively just twinging when i go up and down stairs and things.... has anyone else has this problem or have any suggestions?? thanks

Whats your insulin control like? Do you find that your sugars swing up and down because that will hinder weight loss massively, and can even make you gain. It might be worth checking you're keeping thats as tight as possible. It sounds like you are doing the right thing with the foods.

It sounds like you know a fair bit about how to help yourself (diet exercise) and I assume you have tried this, I would therefore recommend you go to the doctor just to check that there is not something wrong with you that they can do something about, at the very least they should do a Full Blood Count, check your thyroid…

I completed day 5/6 as in 6 on officially but because i had missed a day i guess 5. And all I can say is taking a break does not help!! Good luck! I joined this site for similar reasons. WW became far too expensive. You will be happy to know that this is working just as well (if not better) I prefer counting in calories instead of points and it makes waaaay more sense that everything has calories instead of all these 'pointless' foods helps with portion…
