I am so bad with my will power at my in-laws. We are finally having our Christmas with them and I ate so much food yesterday. I’m going to have log really careful this week so I can lose the 5 pounds I know I gained. Thank goodness this is the last Christmas we need to have.

Id like to join. I'm 34, 5'8, 212.7 pounds. I work as a restaurant manager and a stepmother of 2. My major goal is 180 pounds, but right know I would love to get under 200. I always get stuck at 205 and would love to move past that for once.

For me it's chips and dip. If I have dip of some kind, a bag of chips is gone before I know what I'm doing.

I would love to be in the low 200s. Right now I am 221, so that might not be possible.

This. It would be a good experiment to wear your Fitbit on a belt loop or in a pocket to see how many steps it records versus when it is on your wrist. Also, adjust your activity level if you need to.

It helps if you wait more than half an hour for an answer. A lot of us are working during the day and can't get on during the noon hours.

I weigh every morning, but I only log it once a week, either Sunday or Monday. I log whether I lose or not, if only to see if a trend is happening or not.

Just use the same size of cup? Don't have a Starbucks here, so not sure what size a 16oz would be.

Its called a Heath (like the candy bar) blender. Its just a powder flavoring in a jar. Not sure what it is.
