  • We all go through these times. The thing you have to do is be strong and make each day like a new one. When I eat everything I see, I try and chew gum. It makes me think I'm eating. (I don't chew gum thought if I'm actually hungry, just if I want to eat.)

  • I have the same problems... the only solution, thankfully, is I work out at lunch. But my work has a gym and I can eat while I work. I eat less and during "lunch time" I burn calories. Sometimes I just go for a walk (if it's nice outside.)

  • when I make tacos at home I use ground turkey- will get same great taste (b/c of the seasoning) but lots of LESS calories. I also make taco salads.(one shells crushed up with meat and filling) more satisfying in my tummy. use hard shells b/c less calories. those are some tricks I use.
